OpenAI emailed ChatGPT Ads advertisers about four product updates, Search Engine Roundtable reported after receiving the message.

Teams can now upload a spreadsheet in Ads Manager to set up several product feed campaigns and their ad groups at once, and the platform produces the ad templates itself. A new Products tab shows each item’s review status, so teams can see where items stand and why some were rejected.

The public Insights API can now return attributed conversion events beyond a campaign’s selected goal. OpenAI’s example is reporting attributed purchases while optimizing for another event, with no change to goal or optimization settings.

Settings now hold three separate fields: internal account name, public brand name and registered legal name. Editing the account name triggers no review. A brand name edit halts ad delivery until OpenAI approves it. A legal name edit sends the business back through review, and delivery may stop meanwhile.

Paid teams should schedule brand and legal name edits around those approval pauses before launching feed campaigns.
