Google Ads has a beta AI tool that translates complete Search campaigns for other languages and markets, Search Engine Land (Anu Adegbola) reported on October 2. Advertisers pick an eligible campaign, a target language, and a location, and Google generates a separate localized campaign, leaving the original alone.

The AI handles headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, callouts, and keywords. When an image contains text, it removes the wording and adds the translation as supplemental text assets. Advertisers can add instructions such as “Don’t translate the brand name” or “Keep the tone formal,” with an English back-translation shown beside each asset.

For landing pages, advertisers can install a snippet of Google’s JavaScript that translates page text on the fly for visitors from localized ads, or update URLs to point at existing localized pages. The beta supports English (U.S.) Search campaigns translated into Dutch, French, Canadian French, German, Italian, Polish, Brazilian and European Portuguese, and Spanish for Spain and Latin America/Caribbean.

Budgets and bids carry over unchanged, with no currency or exchange-rate adjustment. Google says it will add languages before 2026 ends, plus Performance Max support.

Reset budgets and bids by hand, and have a native speaker review the copy.
