Search Console’s Performance report now lets users filter by more than one device type at once. Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet can be checked in any combination, where the filter previously accepted a single choice.
Barry Schwartz of Search Engine Roundtable reported the change on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, after Dan Richardson showed him the new option on X. Schwartz said the multi-select also appears in his own accounts. Google has not made a formal announcement, so the rollout’s scope and timing are unconfirmed.
The device filter follows a country multi-select that surfaced about a month earlier, also without an announcement from Google.
The practical gain is fewer manual steps. A team comparing Desktop and Tablet traffic against Mobile no longer has to run one view per device and merge the numbers by hand. Because Google has not documented the behavior, check that combined-device totals match your saved per-device exports before changing any recurring reporting routine.
